about us.
about us.
Founded by Ama Asamoah — a wife and mother of three — The Piie Club offers an exceptional standard of early years education rooted in the Montessori philosophy, nurturing independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. Alongside strong academic foundations, character development, and spiritual growth, children explore the fine arts and theatre, building confidence through creativity, performance, and self-expression. Their day is further enriched with thoughtfully prepared, gourmet dishes — because we believe every child is uniquely created, full of potential, and deserving of the very best start in life.
Who We Are
Welcome to The Piie Club — an exciting, faith-filled space where the fun, learning, and laughter never stop! Bursting with energy and rooted in God's love, The Piie Club is a vibrant community where little ones come to explore, create, and shine. Every session is a celebration of the unique, wonderful children God has made — and we love every moment of it!
We are all about big smiles, big hearts, and big adventures! From arts and crafts to music, movement, cooking, and imaginative play, our sessions are jam-packed with exciting activities that spark curiosity, build confidence, and fill every child with joy. Guided by Christian values, everything we do is thoughtfully designed to nurture the whole child — mind, body, and spirit — in a way that is playful, purposeful, and full of life!
Our Curriculum
At The Piie Club, we blend the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework with the child-led approach of Montessori education, creating a balanced environment where children thrive academically, creatively, and emotionally.
EYFS — We follow the statutory framework, ensuring progress across all seven areas of learning through observation, planning, and regular assessment.
Montessori — Our prepared classrooms offer hands-on, purposeful materials that invite exploration at each child's own pace, fostering independence, concentration, and a love of learning.
Faith — Reverence, gratitude, and gentle moral formation are woven into daily routines, helping children build character alongside academic growth.
Fine Arts — Music, movement, drawing, painting, and drama — including performances on our own theatre stage — run through the curriculum, building confidence and self-expression.
Our Mission
At The Piie Club, we nurture the whole child — mind, body, and spirit — through four foundations that shape everything we do: our own small theatre, where children build confidence and self-expression through performance; Montessori philosophy, which fosters independence and a love of learning at each child's own pace; faith, which grounds children in dignity, kindness, and community; and fine arts, which give children a language for imagination and creative expression.
Together, these foundations prepare children not just for school, but for a life of purpose, beauty, and grace.
Our Vision
We envision The Piie Club as a cherished cornerstone of the Stroud Green community — a place where every child leaves not only ready for school, but rooted in confidence, character, and creativity. We see our small theatre nurturing expressive, self-assured voices; Montessori independence growing into lifelong curiosity; faith grounding children in kindness and belonging; and the arts remaining a living part of how they see and shape the world. In time, we hope The Piie Club becomes known as the place in Stroud Green where a child's story of purpose and possibility first began.
As The Piie Club grows, we hope to deepen our roots within Stroud Green itself — building lasting partnerships with local schools, churches, and community groups, so that the transition from nursery to primary school feels seamless and supported for every family. We aspire to be a place that not only shapes individual children, but strengthens the wider fabric of the community around them — where parents feel as known and valued as their children, and where The Piie Club becomes part of the story families tell about where they belong.
